The late Tanveer Ahmed Khan, City Montessori School’s founder, held an unwavering resolve to help our community’s most needy. He strived to promote education amongst struggling or less fortunate children so they could one day make a better life for themselves and those around them. He believed in equity and compassion. His establishment of an educational institution in Bhadaura, which was later re-established in Basuka at Basuka road, was just one of his many actions which encapsulated this belief. After his passing, all his responsibilities were handed down to his son, Mohsin Khan. Tanveer Ahmed Khan’s vision and ideals will forever live on in the stone walls of our school, as well as in all our hearts.

Honing a child is perhaps the biggest responsibility for all. Teachers are constantly motivated to explore new methods and techniques in the classrooms, and to make full use of resources and technology. This strengthens our mission to guide, shape and build character. It makes learning an experience, which is not only about gaining knowledge, but also about the people our children, will become.
